Ready Teddy Consulting was born out of a period of change and seeks to help other businesses through their own transformations.

We help businesses handle the people, culture and strategy side of things. From employee guidance, team coaching/training, business operations strategy and everything in between, we bring common sense to your business.

You don't need a big HR department. You don’t need a team of management consultants. You need the right support. We make it simple, personal, and built around your business: not the other way around.

Based in Miami, we support clients across the U.S., either virtually or in person. Fully insured and ready to get started.

Meet your HR Partner

  • I watched my dad run his own business, just him for over 30 years. I never forgot how much work that took. That's a big part of why I do what I do. Running a business means wearing a lot of hats; HR shouldn't be one of them.

    I started Ready Teddy Consulting because I believe HR support should feel accessible, practical, and personal - not complicated.

    I bring over 10 years of experience in corporate HR and have a background in mental health counseling.
